Application for Temporary Food Stall

This form must be completed by anyone wishing to sell food at a Temporary Food Stall within the City of Kalamunda. Please note that approval of a food stall is subject to compliance with the City's requirements for temporary food stalls. These Conditions of Approval will be provided in writing once your application has been reviewed and approved. 
To enable us to process your application as quickly as possible please make sure:

  • All sections are completed in full (please note fields marked with * are mandatory)
  • Application fee is paid (please note that exemptions may apply in the case of charitable or community purposes only)
  • The application is submitted at least 7 working days prior to the event. 

Payment Options

NOTE: All credit card payments incur a 0.46% surcharge. Amex is NOT accepted.

  • By Credit Card:
    Payments can be made over the phone by contacting City of Kalamunda on 9257 9999.
  • In Person / Cash / Eftpos:
    Bring in the application form along with required payment to the Administration Office.

Charity/Not for Profit organisations are EXEMPT from temporary Food Approval Fee, however application must still be received no less than 7 working days from date of first event. Evidence of charitable status may be requested.

Payable per stall per event. Payment must be received before your application will be processed. If paying over the phone, you will be contacted by the City for payment.
