Weed Control: Bridle Trail (Forrestfield)

Weed control works, mainly the removal of woody weeds and woody debris will be undertaken at the bridle trail bordered by Sultana Road West, Brand Road and Brae Road in Forrestfield commencing after Easter.
This work will be undertaken by a weed control contractor, Martins Environmental Services on behalf of the City’s Environmental Services Team.
The primary reason for these works is works to conserve biodiversity values within this reserve. Actions will be undertaken to protect native vegetation along the trail in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act (WA) 1986, Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 and the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Act 1999.
