PWdWA Free Webinar: Disability Discrimination Complaint

This webinar is aimed to people who believe they have been discriminated against because of their disability and want to make a complaint. This webinar has been produced in response to requests from PWdWA memberships.

It will help you to be aware of:

  • your rights
  • the laws that relate to disability discrimination
  • who has to provide equal access
  • options to make a complaint
  • what to include when making a complaint

PWdWA will also provide some resources that will help you to make a complaint.

PWdWA is the peak disability consumer organisation representing the rights, needs, and equity of all Western Australians with a physical, intellectual, neurological, psycho-social, or sensory disability via individual and systemic advocacy.

PWdWA is run by and for people with disabilities and aims to advocate for the rights and, empower the voices of all people with disabilities in Western Australia.
