Free mental health sessions: Learn how to live a happier and healthier life (Forrestfield)

Want to reconnect with like minded people and learn how to live a happier and healthier life? If you're over 65, or an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander over 55, or a Carer (any age) for the elderly, Direction Psychology are offering FREE group sessions to help you reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, and improve your general emotional well-being.
The Groups run once a week, over 4 weeks, for 1 hour per session:
- Week 1 ~ Coping with stress
- Week 2 ~ Relaxation strategies
- Week 3 ~ Strategies to improve mood
- Week 4 ~ Balancing your thoughts & mind
