BUSH FIRES ACT 1954
I, Michael Ward, an authorised Bush Fire Control Officer of the City of Kalamunda hereby declare a ban on the use or operation of engines, vehicles, plant or machinery for Friday 8 January 2021 between the hours of 6am and 8pm for the whole of the City of Kalamunda
This Ban will be reviewed at 4pm Friday 8 January 2021, at which time further advice will be issued.
Activities NOT PERMITTED during this ban.
- Harvesting operations
- Any "hot works" (e.g. welding, grinding, cutting, heating etc) in the "open air" are not permitted, (note-these activities are not permitted during the term of any Total Fire Ban)
- Other, Use or operation of any engine, vehicle plant, equipment or machinery in the area likely to cause a bush fire or contribute to the spread of a bush fire.
