DFES invite the community to their 2021/2022 southern bushfire session. This session will have a range of information booths, presentations and activities for all ages and interests will promote bushfire preparedness and risk awareness ahead of upcoming bushfire session.
The City's Bush Fire Brigade and the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) will be conducting a Rural Urban Interface exercise in preparation for this summer bushfire season. There will be fire fighters conducting property protection assessments around the bottom of the escarpment.
