West Australian Police Force have compiled a comprehensive hints and information booklet for assisting and keeping Seniors in the community safe.

Managed by the Office of Crime Prevention, 'Eyes on the Street' is a coordinated intelligence gathering initiative that enables agencies to identify suspicious people, vehicles and/or criminal activities and to report that information to police.
All City of Kalamunda vehicles and employees have been provided with a reporting system, where they can send information of suspicious activity and behaviour through to police. This information will be processed through Crime stoppers and disseminated to the local Police for investigation.

Cam-Map WA is a comprehensive database of all voluntarily registered CCTV systems across Western Australia.
This publicly accessed platform allows owners and operators of CCTV systems to self-register onto a secure database operated by the Western Australia Police Force and other authorized agencies.
Accurate knowledge of the locations of CCTV systems will assist WA Police to investigate incidents in order to improve community safety.
Cam-Map WA encourages the active participation of State Government agencies, local governments, and the community to register towards the creation of safer environments.
