Customer Relations Officer - Infrastructure Services

Position Type: 6-month Fixed Term Contract
Salary:  Level 4 $66,482 per annum
This is a pivotal role providing exceptional customer service, technical and administrative support. We are seeking someone with knowledge and understanding of civil construction and maintenance work to facilitate planned works by ensuring all necessary administration work, permits and purchasing tasks are completed in a timely manner whilst also providing a great customer service to all stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to work with a motivated and busy team at the City of Kalamunda Operations Centre.

Graduate Leisure Planning Officer

Closing Date:  5pm Monday, 13 December 2021 
Position Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: Level 4 $66,482 per annum
The successful candidate will join the City’s Leisure Planning team where they will assist with the planning, consultation, stakeholder management and development of a range of exciting sport, leisure and recreation projects. This includes being involved in the development and implementation of Reserve Master Plans and identified projects within the City’s Capital Works Program. You will also be involved in administering the City’s Capital Grants Funding Program and Strategic Sport & Recreation Committee process and development of grant funding applications for external funding opportunities such as the State Governments Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund (CSRFF). As a Graduate Officer, the City will provide you with on the job training and mentoring to further your knowledge and skills in leisure, sport and recreation planning in a local government authority.

Project Manager - Asset Delivery

Position Type: Fixed 5-year Full-Time
Salary: $117,898 per annum + 10% superannuation
Reporting to the Manager Asset Delivery, this position provides the opportunity to effectively oversee the leadership, advice and direction of procurement strategies for the ongoing and new projects at the City. This position is responsible for monitoring and reporting on project performance, provision of expert advice and, the general direction in terms of project research, planning, design, procurement, tender evaluation/reporting, construction overview/superintendence and communications.
