If you believe your privacy has been interfered with, you can lodge a complaint with the City of Kalamunda.
Upon receipt of your written complaint, we will review the matter to assess how your personal information has been handled. This may include examining relevant records, systems, and processes, and consulting with relevant staff.
We will provide you with a response outlining the outcome of the review, including any actions taken, within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are not satisfied with the City’s response, you may be able to lodge a complaint with the WA Information Commissioner from 1 July 2026.
