The City is committed to continual improvement of its community engagement. The City want to hear your feedback, thoughts and ideas on projects, policies and matters in our community.

Our online engagement portal allows residents to be informed and get involved to join our online community and have their say about City projects. Public comment for planning development applications.
At the City we value providing opportunities for our community to participate and provide feedback on various matters. We now offer many community workshops and drop-in sessions on various matters.
These sessions are provided for community members to allow the opportunity to discuss, ask questions on the subject matter. Community Drop-In Sessions are held at a variety of locations including on-site and at our Administration Offices located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda. All members of the community are welcome to listen, discuss and ask our staff on the subject matter being presented.
Although feedback on projects and other issues are made available via our engagement portal, community members are also able to directly report matters or provide feedback about particular areas via our Report It option on our website.
This online tool allows the City to be notified and requested to address a particular issue.
There are three council meetings Agenda Briefing Forums, Ordinary Council Meetings and Audit and Risk Committee.
These meetings are generally held at 6.30pm in Council Chambers located at the City Administration Centre.
