The City supports the community’s ability to lead healthy, productive and rewarding lives.

The City of Kalamunda Community Health and Wellbeing Plan 2018 – 2022. identifies the health and wellbeing needs of the Kalamunda community and establishes priorities and strategies to guide the City over the next five years.  It informs the way in which public health is managed within the City of Kalamunda and provides the framework for an integrated and collaborative approach that will support and enhance the community’s ability to lead healthy, productive and rewarding lives. 

An analysis of demographic and health statistical data from federal, state and local area health agencies was completed and combined with the result of a thorough community consultation process. Actions were then made to target the specific health concerns that the City’s residents face.
