Online payments can be made with a valid credit card through a secure payment gateway. The City do not store any credit card details for online transactions.

As online payments are processed in real time and confirmation receipts can be printed for your records.

Building Licences
Attention Users: The City's online portal does not automatically charge the BCITF Levy, therefore, you will need to pay this levy on the CTF website.

NOTE: Credit Card surcharge of 0.46% applies. Amex is no longer accept as a payment method.
