- Warehouse 4 1,253sqm + 155sqm incidental office + service yard
- 21 carparking spaces located along the Stirling Crescent frontage service yard

- Warehouse 1 1,290sqm + 150sqm incidental office + service yard
- Warehouse 2 652sqm + 63sqm incidental office + service yard
- Warehouse 3 622sqm + 63sqm incidental office + service yard
- Warehouse 4 592sqm + 63sqm incidental office + service yard
- Warehouse 5 560sqm + 63sqm incidental office + service yard
