
Update: Development Assessment Panel Meeting for Proposed Fast Food Outlet in Kalamunda
The Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel (MODAP) has deferred the proposed development of a Fast-Food Outlet and Motor Vehicle Wash at 14 & 16 Canning Road, and 5 Heath Road, Kalamunda.
The
proposal is subject to further information being provided by the Applicant for
the City of Kalamunda to review, with a focus on traffic and building
design.
The
proposal will be re-presented to the MODAP within 180 days (6 months).
