Shorter days, colder temperatures, and the allure of cozy indoor activities often make it harder to stay motivated. However, staying active during winter is crucial for maintaining physical health, boosting immunity, and warding off the winter blues.
The aim of the challenge is to have the highest attendance over the 13 weeks. To keep you motivated, prizes will be on offer for the most diligent participants. Let the challenge begin!

- Dates: 1 June-30 August
- Duration: 13 weeks, 6 days a week
- Activities included: Gym sessions, Group fitness and personal training
