Transition to new financial system
The City of Kalamunda will transition to a new financial system (TechnologyOne) on Wednesday 1 July 2026. Most services will continue as normal, with only minor temporary changes to payment availability.
What this means for customers:
The new system will provide more streamlined processes, improving how we manage payments and financial information. Over time, this will support faster service delivery, improved reporting, and a better customer experience.
Service impacts
- Most services will continue as normal with minimal disruption.
- All City facilities will temporarily cease payment processing at 5pm on Tuesday 30 June, and will resume payment processing on Wednesday 1 July under the new system.
- While Lesmurdie Library will temporarily cease payments from 5pm on Tuesday 30 June, the library will still remain open until 7pm for patrons.
- Ticket purchases for Kalamunda Performing Arts Centre (KPAC) will remain available online via the online box office with no disruption.
While we expect no further closures or service interruptions, some transactions made between 30 June and 1 July may take slightly longer to appear in records due to system transition.
Customers are encouraged to retain receipts for payments made during 30 June to 1 July 2026.
We appreciate your understanding during this system upgrade
