Public Consultation Open for Draft Local Planning Policy 1.0Development Assessment
At the July 2026 Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM), Council resolved to advertise the draft Local Planning Policy 1.0 - Development Assessment (Draft LPP 1.0).
The Draft LPP 1.0 provides a planning instrument to clarify the City of Kalamunda’s approach to development assessment and alignment with the City’s values.
The City is now seeking written submissions on the draft LPP 1.0. Submissions will be considered prior to making modifications and consideration of the LPP 1.0 for final adoption.
