Public Consultation Open for Proposed Rural and Urban Environment and Nuisance Local Law 2026
The City of Kalamunda is inviting community members to review and provide feedback on the proposed Rural and Urban Environment and Nuisance Local Law 2026, following Council's resolution on 28 July 2026 to give local public notice of the proposed local law.
The purpose of the proposed local law is to manage nuisances arising from the rural, urban and built environment within the district. The effect of the local law is that every person and property owner conducting activities governed by the local law will be subject to its provisions.

Community members can inspect a copy of the proposed local law at:
- City of Kalamunda Administration Centre, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda
- City of Kalamunda Libraries
