Public Notice: Local Planning Policy 30 - Kalamunda Activity Centre Built Form Design Guidelines
It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with clause 87 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, that the City of Kalamunda has revoked Local Planning Policy 30 (LPP30) by Council resolution at the 28 July 2026 Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM).
Local Planning Policies may be revoked pursuant to Schedule 2 Part 3 cl. 6(b) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
As part of the City’s ongoing project to improve our planning framework, we have revoked one of our redundant Local Planning Polices. This transfers the provisions of LPP30 to the Kalamunda Activity Centre Structure Plan.
