Additional Strength For Life class times now available!

There's now more ways to move in the morning.

We have some exciting news to share! Additional Strength for Life classes are now available at 7:45am on Mondays and Wednesdays. Strength for life is a gym-based training program aimed at improving fitness & quality of life. A compulsory appraisal is required before commencement of the program. This appraisal includes a customised workout plan designed for you and is a one-off payment of $49.50. Please note: A doctors referral letter is required before participating in our Strength for Life program. This letter will be provided by centre staff to be signed off by a doctor.
