What’s changing?
Cleanaway is updating systems and standardising processes to improve the experience provided to customers.
What does this mean?
Online bookings will be unavailable from 7pm on Friday 16 October 2026 to 7pm on Sunday 18 October 2026 (AEDT) due to a planned system maintenance.
What has been communicated to customers?
Council relationship managers have been formally advised of the planned system upgrade/outage period and any relevant associated workarounds. Communications have been posted to the residential portal and council social media accounts advising bookings will not be available during the window above.
