Works were scheduled to commence mid-April 2022 for the upgrade of the road surface (like for
like) on Waterfall Road, from Hartfield Road to Honey Road in Forrestfield. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of the City’s control, these works have been deferred and will now be carried out as part of the 2022/2023 Capital Works Program. The City appreciates your patience and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
These scheduled works are estimated to take one (1) week to complete. Notification letters will be sent to residents two weeks prior to works commencing. The time-frame could vary slightly due to weather conditions and contractor availability.
Properties located adjacent to the proposed works may experience some disruption in relation to exiting and entering the property. If this situation should occur then residents of the properties are requested to contact the City’s contractor1 in the first instance, who will then make the appropriate arrangements with you. Any other disruptions (e.g. machinery noise) will be kept to a minimum wherever possible.
Traffic management may be in place during various periods of this upgrade. Please be patient and follow signage and directions accordingly.
Please contact the City of Kalamunda via the details provided below with any other project related matters including complaints or compliments.
The City would like to assure the community, that every effort will be made during these works to minimise impact on those who live nearby and also to the environment.
1 Contractor contact details were provided as part of the notification letters sent to the properties in the work-related area.
