Rag Rug Workshop - 15 July

Step back in time and discover the traditional art of rag rug making. Using recycled materials, participants will create a colourful potholder or placemat while learning a craft once used by early settlers to brighten their homes. Perfect for children and families during the winter school holidays.
Join us at Kalamunda History Village these winter school holidays for a relaxed, hands-on Rag Rug Workshop. Learn the traditional craft of rag rug making using recycled fabrics and create your own colourful potholder or placemat to take home.
This family-friendly activity is suitable for children aged 5 years and over, with adult supervision required. Workshop tickets also include entry to Kalamunda History Village until 3pm, allowing participants to explore the village after the session.
Cost:
- $10 per participant
- $4 for accompanying adults
