The City engaged Urbis to prepare a plan that reflects the desires of the community. The Master Plan was presented to Council on 5 June 2018 and incorporates the community’s feedback.
The City undertook a public advertising campaign over July-August 2018 to get community feedback on the draft Cambridge Reserve plan. This included pop-up information stalls, surveys and workshops.
The Final Concept Plan was endorsed by Council at the February Ordinary Council Meeting.
The key elements of the plan include:
The City will progress the project through the land administrative and rezoning phases as well as undertaking further technical studies over the course of 2019/20. The rezoning phase will include public advertisement.
