Hartfield Park Recreation Centre offer a seven (7) Day Trial1 which entitles users entry into any group fitness class or gym access at our Hartfield Park facility across a seven (7) day period. FIT stands for Functional Interactive Training, which is exactly what this class is. You will experience a full body functional workout in a fun, interactive and results driven environment.
GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high intensity interval training workout combining weight-lifting, running and plyometrics for a full-body workout to increase your aerobic capacity and strength.

With the expertise of our friendly yoga instructor, we are launching a new program that includes mother and baby.
The Mums & Bubs Yoga program offers a gentle yoga class for new mothers to assist them to regain the strength of their core and pelvic floor muscles. The mother will also learn breathing and relaxation exercises while bonding with their baby. This
class is suitable for babies up to eight months of age, or until they become independently mobile.

Membership options include Gym, Gym Off Peak, Group Fitness and Combination Gym/Group Fitness.
Membership durations range from one (1), three (3), six (6) and 12 months, as well as a Direct debit option (one upfront payment plus 11 monthly payments).
Casual use passes are also available.
Off peak rate applies from 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
All memberships include complimentary appraisals.
