The YAK team will work towards developing and facilitating an awesome Youth Week WA project in April 2021! Please
keep in mind we have young people of all ages, abilities, passions and skills in the YAK. This means that you can get involved as much or as little as you like, and work to your skill sets and interests.

Collaborate with like-minded people and create programs surrounding your passions and issues identified within the community. Build a variety of skills including networking, communication, public speaking and coordination. Take a stand and use this platform
to make positive change!
We also approach our YAK team with volunteering opportunities when extra assistance is needed at different City of Kalamunda events. These can include MCing at events, helping run an event stall and more! It's a great way to build your skills and add
experience to your resume.
Each year, get involved with the YAK Team in a team building day to develop team work, communication and leadership skills. Hosted previously at the Bickley Outdoor Recreation Camp and the Kalamunda Water Park, our activities are always fun and unique!
