Applicants who currently have an existing building application with the City can use the following form to submit additional information to an existing building application form.
Please do not use this form to start a new building application. Where possible ,please supply the current building reference number for the building application in which this additional information and/or documentation applies to.
You should receive an auto-reply to the supplied email address confirming receipt of the additional information to your current application. If no email is received (check your junk/spam folder), please contact the the City’s Building Services on (08) 9257 9942, during office hours, so that we can assist further.
NOTE: Using Internet Explorer is no longer supported. It is recommended other compatible browsers (using the latest versions) such as Edge, Chrome, Safari or Brave is used when completing online forms.

Once this form is submitted, an auto-generated email is sent to the supplied email address in the applicant details section confirming receipt of the application. This auto-generated email does not mean you have building approval.
