Application for Market Food Stall

This form must be completed by anyone wishing to sell food at a Market Stall within the City of Kalamunda. Please note that approval of a food stall is subject to compliance with the City's requirements for temporary food stalls. These Conditions of Approval will be provided in writing once your application has been reviewed and approved. 
To enable us to process your application as quickly as possible please make sure:

  • All sections are completed in full (please note fields marked with * are mandatory)
  • Application fee is paid (please note that exemptions may apply in the case of charitable or community purposes only). As per schedule of fees and charges on the City’s website.
  • The application is submitted at least 7 working days prior to the event.

NOTE: All credit card payments incur a 0.46% surcharge. Amex is NOT accepted.

  • By Credit Card:
    Payments can be made over the phone by contacting City of Kalamunda on 9257 9999.
  • In Person / Cash / Eftpos:
    Bring in the application form along with required payment to the Administration Office.

Applicants will be contacted by the City of Kalamunda to take payment over the phone.
In Person: Pay via cash, EFTPOS or credit card at the City of Kalamunda, between 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon to Fri.

Charity/Not for Profit organisations are exempt from the temporary food stall application fee. However, if the application is received within 7 days from the event date, an expedited service fee is payable, as outlined in the fee schedule on the City’s website.
