NAIDOC Week 2020 - Always Was, Always Will Be is being celebrated during the 2020 Perth Hills Spring Festival. The City of Kalamunda have a range of events happening from 8th November - 15th November. NOTE: Bookings are required for some events.
We acknowledge the Wadjuk Noongar People whose traditional lands the City of Kalamunda is situated on. The City acknowledge their Elder’s past, present and future and their ongoing contribution to the City of Kalamunda.

Bindi Bindi Dreaming Cooking

in our every day. Bindi Bindi Dreaming was first established due to the high demand of people from all walks of life wanting to know and understand Aboriginal culture.

Exhibition: Always Was, Always Will Be

Showcasing and celebrating Aboriginal & Torres Straight Islander artists works. The landmark exhibition is based on works submitted to the theme Always Was, Always Will Be.

Cultural Walk with Neville Collard
Date: Sunday, 8 November 10.30am - 12noon
Location: Lesmurdie Falls, Falls Road, Lesmurdie
Meet at the main carpark, Falls Road, Lesmurdie. Join Aboriginal Elder, Neville Collard, at Lesmurdie Falls to hear
the fascinating stories of the Noongar peoples as they moved through the hills, how they communicated, how they lived and the significance of this location to them.
🌼Meet Neville at Lesmurdie Falls car park.
🌼The return walk will be between
1.5-2km.
🌼Terrain is easy going.
🌼Grade 2 walk – no wheelchair access.
