Local Planning Policy No. 31: Container Deposit Scheme Infrastructure
Council at its Ordinary Meeting held 25 May 2021 resolved to adopt the Local Planning Policy 31 – Container Deposit Scheme Infrastructure in Residential Areas, pursuant to Clause 4(3)(i) and Clause 4 (4) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015.
The Policy has been prepared to provide exemption in accordance with Clause 61(1)(i) and (2)(e) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (the regulations) from the requirement to obtain development approval for container deposit scheme infrastructure proposals which satisfy minimum development standards.

Alternatively, a copy of the Policy will be made available at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
