Works are scheduled to commence early September 2021 for the renewal of existing 1.2m wide section of pathway on Alder Way, to 1.8m wide, from Laurel Street to Mallow Way.
These works are estimated to take one (1) week to complete. The time-frame could vary slightly due to weather conditions and contractor availability.
Properties located adjacent to the proposed works may experience some disturbance (e.g. machinery noise access to sections of the reserve) and may experience disturbance to the verge, which may include crossovers, reticulation, and lawns. Any such disturbances will be fully reinstated after the completion of the works. Please contact the City of Kalamunda via the details provided below with any project related matters including complaints or compliments.
The City would like to assure the community, that every effort will be made during these works to minimise impact on those who live nearby and also to the environment.
