FREE Heartbeat 45 Course

Learn CPR and safety skills whilst meeting new friends at this free course aimed at people over 45 years of age.
This 2 hour session will teach community members CPR skills as well as information on general safety for children under 5 years of age.
There will be opportunities to practice on infant, child and adult manikins throughout the session.
