FREE Palliative Care Week Information Session @ Kalamunda Library
16 May 2025 : 10:00 AM - 16 May 2025 : 11:00 AM
In honour of Palliative Care Week, The City of Kalamunda libraries in collaboration with the Darling Range Seniors Hub, will be hosting two information sessions about 'Palliative Care.'
National Palliative Care Week (NPCW) this year will be held from 11-17 May. This year we are asking a simple yet powerful question: “What’s your plan?” It’s a direct approach to Australians and their loved ones to talk about what matters most at the end of life and to make a plan that empowers and respects their choices during the last years, months, and days of life.
This event is free; however, bookings are kindly requested.
Complimentary light morning tea will be provided for guests.
