Omnibus Amendment to Local Planning Policy 10, 11, and 16
Council at its Ordinary Meeting held 26 May 2020 resolved to adopt the Omnibus Amendment to Local Planning Policy 10, 11, and 16, pursuant to Clause 5(2) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
The intent of the proposed administrative amendments to Local Planning Policy 10, 11, and 16 are principally to ensure the City’s planning framework is consistent with current State and Federal guidance on implementing measures aimed at streamlining the planning process. The changes also reflect the recent request from the Minster for Planning for local government to initiate regulatory changes, where necessary, in response to COVID-19.
