Have Your Say: WA Seniors Strategy

17 May 2022 2:40 PM

Have your say on how you can age well in your community! The Department of Communities is keen to hear the thoughts and opinions of older Western Australians to help shape the strategy. Survey closes on Tuesday, 31 May 2022.

The State Government, on behalf of the Hon. Don Punch MLA, Minister for Seniors and Ageing, is developing WA’s first Seniors Strategy. The WA Seniors Strategy is a whole-of-government 10-year strategy being developed by the Department of Communities to support older Western Australians of all backgrounds throughout the state to live their best life as they age.

We would like to hear from:

  • Non-Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 65 years and over.
The City of Kalamunda will be hosting two consultation sessions for local residents:
  • 26 May at 10am at Jack Healey Centre, 21 Mead Street, Kalamunda
  • 3 June at 10am at Woodlupine Community Centre, 88 Hale Road, Forrestfield
