The City of Kalamunda has initiated Amendment 108 for the purposes of public advertising. Amendment 108 to Local Planning Scheme No. 3 (LPS3) seeks to rezone Lot 32 (4) Kirkdale Road & Lot 33 (4) Orange Valley Road, Kalamunda from Residential R10 to Residential R10/30.
