Changes to Duty Planner Availability

From Monday, 19 June 2023 our Duty Planners will be available to answer your questions or provide feedback from 10am to 3pm Mon-Fri.
Outside of these hours, visitors will be asked to make an appointment for the following day or another convenient time. Phone calls will be returned the next day.
