LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME No. 3 - AMENDMENT No. 110
It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Kalamunda Local Planning Scheme Amendment No. 110 on 29 June 2023 for the purpose of:
- Amending Schedule 12 as follows:
- Period of Operation to read as follows:
15 years - Priority and timing of infrastructure to read as follows:
The timing of the provision of infrastructure will be developer driven and subject to market demand . Infrastructure is generally to be provided within the 15 year operating period for the DCP.
- Period of Operation to read as follows:
A copy of the approved local planning scheme amendment can be obtained by contacting the City’s Development Services on 9257 9999 or alternatively via email (enquiries@kalamunda.wa.gov.au).
